Joann’s Challenge

- Solterra obtained a permit from the Florida Wildlife Commission to safely interact with and remove the gopher tortoises from the property.
- Solterra hired an authorized and credentialed gopher tortoise expert to physically move them to a safe place.
- Solterra had learned enough about the property throughout the process to be very interested in purchasing it. They made an offer and paid for all costs related to surveying the land, closing the deal, etc.
From start to finish, Solterra’s work with Joann lasted less than 60 days, and Joann made 60% more profit from her sale than she expected.
